How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Intoprocedure Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Intoprocedure Pest Control
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider you were connected with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in the network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Intoprocedure Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Wisconsin.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@intoprocedure.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted Intoprocedure Pest Control or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
You will get an email confirming we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
